STACHE VAPE SHIPS VIA USPS TO ANY OF THE 50 STATES COMPRISING THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, US TERRITORIES AND TO US MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO). ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 7AM PST WILL SHIP SAME BUSINESS DAY, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, WHICH WILL BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. IN THE EVENT THAT AN ITEM CANNOT SHIP WITHIN THE STANDARD DELIVER TIME, IT WILL BE TREATED AS “BACKORDERED.” THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF THE DELAY AND WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE. STACHE VAPE WILL DETERMINE THE CARRIER TO BE USED AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION.

HERE AT STACHE VAPE WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT. IF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE IS NOT UP TO STANDARD, WE WILL EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT TO INSURE YOU ARE SATISFIED. REFUNDS ARE DONE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS DEPENDING ON THE ISSUE.

2) FOR AN EXCHANGE WE ASK THAT YOU REPACKAGE THE ITEM INCLUDING ALL ORIGINAL PARTS, PACKING MATERIAL, INSTRUCTIONS, COPY OF ORIGINAL PACKING LIST, ETC. PLEASE NOTE THAT POORLY PACKAGED OR DAMAGED ITEMS MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

3) SHIP THE ITEM (AT YOUR EXPENSE AND YOUR CHOICE OF CARRIER UNLESS PRE ARRANGED WITH A ASSOCIATE) TO THE ADDRESS WITH WHICH YOU WERE PROVIDED ON THE ORIGINAL PACKING LIST THAT WAS SENT WITH YOUR ITEM.

4) ONCE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED BY US HERE AT STACHE VAPE, WE WILL PROMPTLY MAIL OUT A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE DEPENDING ON THE ISSUE THAT IS BEING HANDLED.
